Can anybody kindly send me copy of judgement copy of WRIT PETITION(MD) 6546 of 2008 between R.VIJAY ANANTH Vs.STATE OF TAMIL NADU on 28.07.2008 in MADURAI BENCH OF MADRAS HIGH COURT TAMIL NADU.No copy found in HC website.

Dear Experts,
My mother passed away recently and my father is a retired government employee.Iam the only child(daughter and married) of my parents and my father stays with us. My mother had FD's, RD and land in her name. My mother gave my name as a nominee for one of her bank accounts and demat account. However, nominee for RD has not been given. My queries are
1. Do we(father and myself) need to submit a legal heir certificate or succession certificate to claim the RD or FDs.
2.How to get the land in my mother's name transferred in my father's or my name? My father says he would like to gift that land to my minor sons, as per my mother's wishes.
What legal documents do we require?

Hello,
We completed agreement of assignment for a flat last week and I found that my lawyer mentioned incorrect pin code in the document.
Same mistake is done while paying for registration fee and stamp duty via online form.
Also age of seller and buyer are slightly different.
What are implications of these mistakes and what should be done to correct these?

What are the procedure to get a sucession certificate ? From where can I get the said certificate ? And how much does it cost to get a SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE ?

I got married in the month of Feb 2014 to a general category Male,and for a job (in October) have to submit OBC certificate. My query is, I am having OBC certificate of the month of August 2014 from my father's place. Will this certificate work or not?

R/ experites. What is the legal position if A give POW to B which was duly registers before Sub- Registrar and subsequently he cancelled by a notery attested deed.

I have a doubt on renewal of SC caste certificate. My certificate is valid from 2004. Is it valid for lifetime?
