A private ltd co. has the foll. main objects with autho cap of Rs.1 lakh (2 directors):
To carry on the business of sports, events, films, TV shows, celebrity and other sponsorships.
Liasoning, ticketing, creating new contents and new concepts.
Selling rights of sports, events, films and celebrity to brands.
Creating own properties for sponsor brands, creating materials for marketing of goods and services
Acting as marketing agents and/or consultants for all products and services.
Pl assist me by providing moa and aoa soft copy in connection with the above objects.

Q. 1. Any provision is there in our law in respect of to purchase the stamp paper on the name of licensee or licensor either in the case to leave and license agreement?
Q.2. We are concluding the leave license is for 11 months. I want to ask you Whether the said 11 months are covered entire 1 year(12 months) or only 11 months? please clarify?
Q.3. stamp paper for lease agreement of 99 years is on whose name ? LESSOR or LESSEE?

Dear sir,
My questions is related to the above subject.
Tha land is of District:thane, tal: vasai
1.The said lease agreement of land is considered and agreed for the security deposit of Rs. 16000/- and monthly rent is Rs. 30/- for the period of 99 years. Then what amount of stamp paper I have use to execute the said agreement?
2.And the said stamp paper shall be on whose name? LESSOR or LESSEE?

What is the provision of law when a person having no fingers at all want to execute/register a document, wherein LTI is mandatory.
Please suggest judgements, if any by any High Court of any state.

Dear Experts,
The donor and the donee have executed a gift deed on 22.12.2010 at Mumbai. The donee has paid the stamp duty as per the current rates. (ie 2% or 5% whichever is applicable). But the same cannot be registered before 31.12.2010 on account of personal reasons. Now if the govt raises the stamp duty wef 01.01.2011. Then is the donee liable to pay additional stamp duty (Difference between the stamp duty already paid and stamp duty wef 01.01.2011) at the time of registration.
Or whether he can go ahead with the registration on the basis of the stamp duty paid on 22.12.2010.
