non creamy layer certificate

my father retired from private factory with an annual income of five lakhs.now my father has no considerable income after retirement. will i fall under non creamy layer.

Your father retired now and from the last
financial year your father filed income of 5 lakhs you will be able to get creamy layer sertificate after that last financial year because your fathers( on whom you are dependent)income will be less than 3.5 lakhs required forcreamy layer certificate.
