We have a property n the name of the firm and we have given it for rent for commercial purpose.The firm is a partnership firm.My mother one of the partner died recently and another partner who is old wants us to release him from the partnership. He is ready to sign the agreement and does not expect any monetary benefits from us on his retirement.
I want to dissolve the firm from partnership and include my name as the sole owner of the property. Also there are no business carried in the name of the firm. Except the TDS is deducted from the rental and we are assessed in the name of the firm.
Can anyone advise me the steps required to execute all these.

how long are the notaries required to maintain their registers? can we get details of something that was registered 5 years back?

Can someone provide me a copy of the format in which i can prepare a will . What will be the formalities I will have to do after I write the will in the format so that iy becomes a legal document and can be easily enforced after my death.

I purchased a holiday timeshareproperty during 1995 which entitled me to spend a week every year in the resort for 99 yrs.During purchse i had agreed to pay an annual management fees which was Rs 750.They have increased this fees every year suomotu and is now Rs 5000. I am also charged exorbitant penalty for late payment.
I also have to pay service charge calculated in a daily basis for the no of days I stay in the resort every year although this was not indicated in the agreement. This charge has also been increased progressively every year at their own sweet will.
What can I do to stop this forcible imposition of high handed increase of charges.

Halo everyone,
I am a Company Secretary in Practice.
I need a draft Joint Venture Agreement between two companies (A & B) for undertaking a work alloted to one of the One COmpany (suppose A).
Please also suggest me whether there is any specified amount of stamp duty which is required to be paid in undertaking a JV agreement in the state of Chhattisgarh.

I have an aprtment, to which i have given on rent since last 3 yrs to same Tanent. Every year we renew personal agreement. But still i want to know, is it safe if we keep continue the same tanent fourth year also after signing Personal agreemnt. Can he create any issue during evacuation time. i got to know that his father is lawer, is their any legal things which i have to take care or personal agreemt is enough or any other point i have to take care. I want to be little safer side in all ways.

plz suggest gift deed of a car specimen from wife to husband and tell me whether affidavit for this cause is also reqd. if yes then send its speciman also.
lastly it can be executed on stamp paper of rs.10 also or not?
as per income tax act to claim depr. it is mandatory to gift to sole prop. firm name or to sole prop. name and whether trf. of r.c.under motor vehicles act is mandatory in this case or not.
