Dear reader,
Warm regards.
I am student travelling regularly to and fro between Kalyan and Panvel through Maharashtra State Regional Transport Corporation's (MSRTC's) State Transport ST bus. On Friday I punched my bus pass and hereafter I lost my Pass with ST Id card.
I want to ask where FIR is to be lodged, Panvel where journey started or Kalyan where I am residing.

My caste comes under OBC so i got OBC certificate very easily. but my father is government employee and income is more than admissible income to be categorized as Non creamy layer. My grandfather is farmer and we have some agriculture land registered on my fathers name, so I have hidden the fact that my father is govt. employee I got OBC-NCL certificate issued by SDM by quoting income from agriculture land only.
I have got selected under OBC quota in SSC examination.
I do understand that its illegal to do this but i am not qualified in General category and I am in need of job very badly, because of economic crises of my family.
Please suggest me how risky is this, how I may get caught at the time of document verification. And please suggest me what precautions i should take to get through with verification and in future also.

Hi. I have taken a personal loan of 5lacs last year. After 3months emi due I was not able to continue office due to health issue And i left the company. After 6 months gap i got job. Last six months emi was pending and bank charged interest on it. Now i do not have capacity to pay the loan amount. Bank started sending notice for taking legal action. My outstanding amount showing 680k including interest. Bank ask me to pay all and close the loan whereas i do not have capacity to pay a emi. Please advise what slould i do? What would be the action bank can take if i do not pay the loan amount? Declairing my inability? What is the best way i could do?

I am one of tenant in Mumbai Suburb .One side builder is claiming the right on title saying he has purchased it from the owner , whereas the original Owner is claiming right on title saying he has not sold the property to the builder.
Now the case is in Bombay high court since last 3 years ( Owner :- Petitioner /// Builder :- Defendant ) . All the tenants are confused because both are claiming for the rent.
Now my query is...
1. Can I apply for the case paper of the case pending in the Bombay High court (Original side),where I am not the party in the case (nether petitioner/ nor defendant ) .
so that i can get the certify copies of the case and information about the its status.

Dear sir,
As per the agreement in jurisdiction clause, it is metiined that "the jurisdiction under this agreement shall always be in the court of Mumbai".
The said agreement was executed between a company in mumbai and a person residing at indore.
Now person has filed the case at Indore.
Is this tenable ? Because in agreement it is specifically mentioned that the jurisdiction will be at mumbai only.

Copy of a will purportedly written by late father was shown to me by my mother. While reading the same a number of inconsistency observed. I would appreciate if you could clarify -
1. Whether the two witnesses have to be there in the testator's room / lawyers office to witness that the testator signs his will.
2. Whether the name and full (postal) address of the witnesses be written after signature.
3. Whether the witnesses are to be identified with some identification documents, such as PAN/ AADHAR Card.
4 Whether the testator and witnesses should sign / initial each and every page of the will.
5 Whether one signature at the top of each will could be sufficient, since I understand that a legal document is to be signed / initialed by all the signatories on each page.
6 Whether the scribe of the will could be a witness.
7 whether I can send a registered letter to the witnesses in the given address to prove his bonfires.
8 if the regd letter returns with the remark "addressee not found" whether I can take on the scribe to get the details of the witnesses.
9 whether of the stamp paper coul be traced.
Kindly pardon me if I have exceeded my limit in asking such clarifications.

I have got married in dec 2015.I have to apply for the passport of my wife. We have got our marriage certificate also. Now my question is that while applying for the passport in the passport office,they are asking for the address proof and identity proof.
I have following questions..
- we don't want to change her surname, as all her documents are having her old name.. So that should not be an issue.
- As her address in all her documents is of her father's, so can she apply the passport by her new address(husband), which is not updated in her adhar card or voter ID card.
- is it better to apply for passport by her father address( as her adhar card and voter ID card have same address).
- or Where and how can we apply for her new adhar card with updated address and how long does it takes to change the address, as we have to apply for passport on urgent basis...

Affidavit - draft for including the names id 7/12 (agricultural) document
HI,
Greetings from Vivek joshi.
My father is inheriting the ancestral agricultural land in Bharuch, Gujarat. At present, only his name is included in 7/12 extract. Now I and my brother want to add our name for that agricultural land. Also, I have one sister who is residing in US. she wants to give up her rights
My father, myself and a brother are residing at Mumbai.
I need a guidance how to register the two names in to 7/12 extract.
