I was working with wipro franchise ,my contract was till 31st december 2015
and it is very clearly mention in our contract that " this offer of appointment is valid from 22nd june 2015 to 31st december 2015 and stands automatically withdrawn thereafter unless the date is extended and communicated to you in writing "
they didnt communicated anything with us regarding extension
notice period was of 1 month(wipro has a portal where we have to apply for resignation means when we resign today we have to select relieving date after 30 days only they made portal such a way)
on 4th jan 2016 i joined other organisation jst by showing approved resignation mail snapshot of previous manager
they are not providing me my experience letter and relieving letter i worked with them for 1 year(23rd jan to 21st june was 1st contract then extended till 31st dec 2015)
i didnt sign any contract with them after 31st dec
this was my first job ,they didnt provide any kind of induction to me
please let me know should i get my experience & relieving letter?
did i have done any mistake? please let me know?

Hello
One lady passed 10th std( Maharashtra Board) in 1976.Her DoB on 10th certificate is 1958 which is wrong.There is no birth certificate also available. Can she still get it changed.

I understand that following needs to be done if the original deeds are lost
1. FIR
2. Advertisement is 2 newspaper giving reasonable time to claimant to reply.
However i need clarification on following
Which act prescribes the above procedure?
What is considered as reasonable time
Is it enough if advertisement is given in 1 hindi and 1 english newspaper

My father is inheriting the ancestral agricultural land in Bharuch, Gujarat. At present, only his name is included in 7/12 extract. Now I and my brother want to add our name for that agricultural land. Also, I have one sister who is residing in US. she wants to give up her rights
My father, myself and a brother are residing at Mumbai.
I need a guidance how to register the two names in to 7/12 extract.

I am student travelling regularly to and fro between Kalyan and Panvel through Maharashtra State Regional Transport Corporation's (MSRTC's) State Transport ST bus. On Friday I punched my bus pass and hereafter I lost my Pass with ST Id card.
I want to ask where FIR is to be lodged, Panvel where journey started or Kalyan where I am residing.

My caste comes under OBC so i got OBC certificate very easily. but my father is government employee and income is more than admissible income to be categorized as Non creamy layer. My grandfather is farmer and we have some agriculture land registered on my fathers name, so I have hidden the fact that my father is govt. employee I got OBC-NCL certificate issued by SDM by quoting income from agriculture land only.
I have got selected under OBC quota in SSC examination.
I do understand that its illegal to do this but i am not qualified in General category and I am in need of job very badly, because of economic crises of my family.
Please suggest me how risky is this, how I may get caught at the time of document verification. And please suggest me what precautions i should take to get through with verification and in future also.

Hi. I have taken a personal loan of 5lacs last year. After 3months emi due I was not able to continue office due to health issue And i left the company. After 6 months gap i got job. Last six months emi was pending and bank charged interest on it. Now i do not have capacity to pay the loan amount. Bank started sending notice for taking legal action. My outstanding amount showing 680k including interest. Bank ask me to pay all and close the loan whereas i do not have capacity to pay a emi. Please advise what slould i do? What would be the action bank can take if i do not pay the loan amount? Declairing my inability? What is the best way i could do?

Advise on mothers name correction in my passport (renewal) !!
Hi,
My Passport expired in 2013 and in my expired Passport by mistake I had given my mother name as Shakeera Begum where as my Mother actual name is Shakeera Bee.
As per Her passport, Bank account and Aadhar card her name is Shakeera Bee which is the right one.
Now, I want to get this name corrected in my passport reissue so that I may plan to take her on Visit Visa or HAJ in future along with me as my Father expired. She will be dependent on me.
Initially Passport customer care on toll free number told me to just submit my mother's passport and they will do name correction. On appointment day, PSK Granting officer put my application on Hold and asking for Annexure E with two paper AD's and ID proof.
Please answer my questions !
Annexure E and two paper AD's are compulsory ??
Addresses:
1) Her address mentioned on her Passport is "ABCDEF" issued on 01/05/2012 (rented House, already left that place)
2) Her present address on her Aadhar card is "XYZ" issued on 30/06/2012 (Presently she stays with my brother at this address)
3) My Address as per my all Address proofs & passport re issue application is " GHIJKL" the same address am staying and given on passport application.
(NOTE: all 3 addresses are in hyderabad itself)
In Annexure 'E' and Paper AD's Which Address should I mention???? Address 1 or Address 2 or Address 3 ???
I'm interested to keep her present address in paper AD that is as per Aadhar card.
Please let me know sample Name change AD.
I am from Hyderabad.. Telangana State !
