Hi All,
Would any help me in such matter, my wife file a DV case against me which is still pending before court. And I got a chance to visit abroad for short period through my private company, but unluckily my passport is expired and I need to renew it. There is a clause in passport application "Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending
before a court of India?"
What to answer it "Yes" or "No"
If I answer yes then passport office will not issue passport.
Please give me guidance to tackle such situation.

1.At the time of joining a govt. org. a person has submitted caste certificate of OBC category issued from UP authorities.
2. After many years, the same sub-caste comes under the category of ST in the state of Bihar.
3. Now he has prepared a fresh domicile certificate of Bihar and was also issued a caste certificate of ST category issued from Bihar authorities.
4. He also states that his birth place is Bihar.
Is it possible a person can have two domicile certificates?
Is it an offense or not?
Is it possible that, while migrating the state, domicile gets also changed and is allowed to make a new caste certificate?

1)I am having agriculture land of 11 acres in andhra pradesh. I don't have any childrens. I want to give my property to my nephew. what is the best way to do procedure?
2) Can i also register my property on my nephew son (he is 2 months old)?
3) Please suggest me any other option?

Dear Learned Experts,
We have a Charitable Trust working among people with disabilities, we have objectives to open schools, etc. Based on the objectives, we have opened a school which is a unit of the trust.
Now, we are appointing teachers for the school and would like to know whether an agreement should be between the teachers and Trust name of between the teachers and School name.
Please guide us in the regard

What does RE and RR means in Encumbrance certificate. Also if an immovable property is released, can it be sold.

My father has two other brothers. They have a joint property in their name. A local authority did a joint venture with us on that property and gave us Shop-cum-Residential (SR Commercial type) plots. There are three plots and they are in names of all three brothers. In a mutual kind of arrangement, my father and uncles kept one plot each and gave a power to each other ( since power is in a blood relation so its a one time one).
Now, my father wants to gift that plot ( he has power from his brothers) to me. I'm his only son.
So, Does he gift that plot on the basis of power ? Or I have to get sign the deed from my uncles as well?
Can you please let me know what can be stamp duty and registration ( in percentage) for making gift deed of that plot from my father to me?

Two witness signed on last page of WILL but there iD and address proof not available after registration. But another two have proper declaration photo and signature...id Plus digital tumb and digital photo were taken but had not signed on last page of will . Whether such WILL becomes invalid because of 1 st two non traceable witness putting signature on last page of will. If yes what is remedy to resolve. Or can the WILL is valid without such two witnesd. On the basis of other 2 with correct declaration as witness to signatories. And registering them as witness at registrar. Pls reply.

Hello sir my name is Gaurav sir I have applied a sc caste certificate from ghaziabad up.caste is Gond.i have applied with relevant document such as my father caste certificate which is main proof I have applied 3 times from Ghaziabad district court but every time it get rejected and they mention or show the same reason which is "non transferable" on online website.sir my father caste certificate had issued in 1984 from Delhi well my father birth place is jaunpur in up.he was issued the caste certificate from centre means Delhi.sir please give a solution can I applied from Delhi this time. although I have only my birth certificate document and also my father have all document proof of Delhi or Ghaziabad both.i was born in July 1991 in Delhi.sir this time I really want my caste certificate from Delhi government.sir is it possible to apply it from Delhi or not .well I have been living in Ghaziabad since 2000.sir please provide me legal solutions for sc caste certificate.
