Is it always mandatory to execute a gift and get it registered or notarized when gift is given to in blood relations and by way of account payee cheque ???

Hi, my dad died before six mnths,he was in tneb while wrks. As mum and sis accepts I am going to get the legal heir job. But it seems it will take six more month so dye to the family situation I have job.
But in my company they are detecting pf for me, is that will create pbm for my legal heir job?

Is it possible to execute gift deed in the name of both SON & DAUGHTER IN LAW ?

Per enquiry, it is said as not possible. 2 deeds to be executed.

Hi All. Recently I had applied to obtain a legal heir certificate in Mumbai old customs office. I required this certificate to apply for the post of my deceased mother who was a Central Govt employee (Postal dept) on compasionate grounds. But the officials in old custom house have rejected my application claiming that they are not authorised to issue the same for any central Govt employee. Is it true?? Can anyone please help me to understand it better.

my grandmother has made a will to my mother on 1000 stamp paper,but the stamp paper is purchased by and in the name of my father. it is ok or is their any problem.

Is it mandatory to transfer the Patta to my name, after buying that property / registering the property in my name. Or registration sale deed is enough for further any future reference? Please be requested to be clarified.

Fake passport
My husband is harassing me for dowry. Before marriage he has gone to Paris France on fake passport , as told by one of his friend , now he his hiding all his information and documents. So now how can I find his passport and visa details, is there any way , so that we can also file some complaint. And save others from cheated.
