Hi,
Im doing an llb degree in Singapore.
This is LSE (London School of economics and pol science) external degree which they offer in select colleges in Singapore.
Id like to know whether i can practice in India once i do come back and also if i cannot practice in court, will i be eligible for any other kind of a job apart from the legal?
Do i also need to do law in india in order to be a solicitor/ legal inhouse lawyer in a corporate firm?

While exercising the revisional power ,no order prejudicial to the accused or any person can be passed without affording an opportunity of being heard to such person -Affording of opprtunity of hearing is an essentil condition precedent before passing the order under revisional power-otherwise the order will be null and void ?

Hi, wife says that husband and his family asking for car and give torture to her. If Husband shows the he has sufficient resources to buy a car , even before and after marriage.
Will this argument make sense in the court ?

My wife has filled false case against me and my whole family. luckily nobody got arrested , we got the AB from HC. Later police has filled chargesheet (after 9 months). Now charges has to frame.
My wife left india after filling the FIR ( after (3 week), she is in US in last one year.
What will be the impact of this my case if she doesn't come.

My clients land has been acquired by Noida authority in 2003.The land use is agriculture in Khasra and Khautni. Also it has been surrounded by resitional land from 3 sides.It has been in the name of Noida Authority from 15.6.2005in Khautni and the notification date is 3.7.2003 for section(4) and 21.7.2003 for section(6). Please clearify that ----- Can we go to the High Court of U. P. and have any relief from there. Secondly what can we do in this regard. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

mining lease grant
Hi All,
I am vijay Kumar from bellary-dist,karnataka.
my grand father had obtained mining prospecting license (PL)from Dept of mines and geology karnataka and same Dept Govt of India, In the 1952 and also obtained mining lease(ML) and mined in the sanctioned area for three and discontinued after that,In 1961 he died and thereafter no one in family continued the mining in that area, In 2003 some other person applied for same area for lease.In 2004 we have reapplied for same area ,now both mines area are overlapping. As seniority we should get first preference to conduct mining there but dept of mines and geology are letting us do so,the officials are asking for documents,but we don't have all documents,we have only some documents and granted files number are there and all related documents with dept but there are ready give a copy of those documents.what can be done in this case.what is the legal solution for this problem.
