Dear Sir,
We have shop with my uncle as coowner
and he has been receiving rent for past
10 yrs as he is a senior member in our family. Now, Last year , I sent a notice
to the tenant to give my share to me directly and but it is no vain.
so, I filed a eviction suit against him and pending and still he is forwarding the
Rent payment to my uncle.
Pleas advice me how to stop the payment.

What is IEM (Industrial Entrepreneur Memorandum)meaning?
Does it get any exemption in property tax.
Pls revert for this on priority, since there is a case which needs to be address.

Thanks for reply. am highly oblighed. Sir Bail has been already granted on condition of 6 lakhs rs as an deposit which is next to impossible for me and my inlaws to arrange. we are unble to relaese because of the same conditions led by Gujarat High Court. Kindly guide us how can we go ahead in the same condition.

One mechanicaly defected truck was parked on highway without having indicators blown, one Maruti Car collided with it and persons in car got injured.
What will be legal position, under what sections offences will be registered and against whom they will registered
how chargesheet will be sent.
Answer query in respect of criminal law and not in respect of civil liability for compensation.

Dear Sir,
First of all would like to thank you all for guiding me in past. My query is my fience is central jail for past 9 months he has been arrested in blame of ATM Case happened in baroda the case is still under trail he has not punished yet or no final decision has been declared for the same. my query is that my parents are not allowing me to get married with him as it is believed that he has commited this crime. but me being immotionally attached with him want still to marry him. he is not here cannot release him how should i marry him without coming anything on him and his family is there any solution for it or i will have to wait till he comes out which is uncertain. Kindly guide me as i m confused got know idea what to do plase guide me.

I quit my Indian company of 22 months and have joined a new one out of India.
I had given my full notice period and have received my relieving letter too.
Now, I have the following due from the company:
1. Reimbursements --- partly paid
2. Salary upto last day --- partly paid
3. Bonus --- refusal to pay
4. Paid leave encashments --- refusal to pay
For 1&2 - The company does not respond when it is going to pay the remaining.
For 3&4 - Company policies are cited for not paying the same. The bonus and PLE were due in April'08 but till the time I resigned in Sep'08 the company delayed payments under vague reasons and now they say that to claim the same, you have to be an employee when it becomes due for payment! I have all documents where the payment schedule for bonus and PLE are clearly stated.
After repeated followups and escalations to the MD, I have received part payments for 1&2 but that is less than 40% of what they owe me.
Before filing a court case, can I put pressure on the company in any way? By informing concerned authorities etc?

I know an Indian company who sends employees to foreign countries on tourist visas and make them work at client locations.
Sometimes the employees are permanent full-time employees of the Indian entity.
At other times the Indian company has registered a separate company in the foreign country and employees have been transferred to this foreign entity (employees are still on tourist visa but working on local projects)
What is the procedure to report this? Can I do this by staying anonymous?

I intend to file a case on my ex-employer for a final settlement problem.
I have all the evidence on email and pdf documents but I have been told that these are not a valid proof in court.
Can someone please clarify this?
Can I also see where this is specifically mentioned (on some govt site etc)?
If I cannot use emails and pdf docs, then what can I show as evidence?
Addnl Note: The emails and pdf documents do not have the company seal but emails have been sent from the official ids

I am very much interested in pursuing a course on fingerprint and handwriting expert course. I like to become a recognized/ authorised fingerprint and handwriting professional. To become so what course I have to study. Where the said course is provided ? If under distance education it will be better for me. Anyone having details about the same please share with me.
