suit for issuence direction to concerned public authorities

I want to issuance directions to public authorities as RTA/SDM for complaince of MoTOR VEHICLE ACT & THEIR STATURY DUTIES AS THERE IS A GROSS VIOLATION OF THE MV ACT BY FILING A SUIT IN DISTT. CIVIL COURT..PLZ HELP

if u want issuance of directions u will have to file a writ in the high court. U cannot file a suit

however you wish to issuance of directions, to the concerned authorities, need to initiate and institute a writ petition - writ of mandumus, as per the provisions of Art 32 of the constitution.
