Dear sir,
After lapse of 4 years A obtained a birth certificate for his son from gramapanchayth president in Bangalore district Karnataka and admitted his son in a private school now he is 7th standard . Later A and his wife expired recently.. After verification it is learnt that A has bought this boy from a village without adoption or guardianship what is the legal santity
