In civil suit i am the defendant i have to file application for amendment of the original written statement,pl.advice
1- what is the heading for this application.

2- should i mention all the paras to be amended.

3-can i delete unwanted para.

4-should i mention amended w.s .

U need Advocate to do it.

As matter is in court, ur Adv will do it.

Or u mean to say you proceed in person w/o Lawyers??

first file aplication for amendment in court

and if court allows it then u can file

amended WS.
