In civil suit i filed application to forfeit plaintiff evidence ,no respose from judge so what is the steps to be taken

On such a terse query what can be the answer.

Let me guess that by 'forfeit' you mean you prayed court to close the evidence of plaintiff.

Okay !but be kind to tell us what were the circumstances in which you moved with such a step?

You can rebut or counter the evidence, but cannot have any authority to forfeit the evidence of the opposite party.

Please state, what actually do you intend to convey by the term "forfeit evidence"?
