i feel anonymous option only for layman.. but some of our idiot advocates misusing that for clear their doubts/cases..

there fore, i feel this author is eligible to get answers..

yes. since your case disposed by a district judge, then you can file caveat before high court only..

thats "caveat" not "kaveat"..

tom! You are not expected to even help idiots. As per collective decision, you are expected to follow it especially when you are a member of a committee which has to finalize Model Code of Conduct. I do hope that you shall not your over cleverness under the garb of anonymous being an advocate. Once decided on all aspects, why should you help hidden persons? Why should those persons should not show their identity? What is harm in doing so? How can you say that the querist is an Advocate? Whether Advocates have got any privilege to hide their identity on this site?

I hope you shall become a model for all of us instead of indulging in violance of our own decision.
