Ancester property despute by lokaadalat judgement

Dear Sir,

My Father and grand Mother compramise before lokadalt for ancesters property(Mf father Grand father Land Property).after my grand mother died one of the person(My Father sister son) occupied 3 acrs land byforce. In Lokadalat settlement my father got the 3acrs land after death of grandmother. which is best approach to get back the land from oppostion party to my father.in every Lokadalt judgement is no further appeal even though Supreme court.here mf father is the original owner and petitioner of lok adalt but after compramised got the land and enjoyed last 5 yrs,but suddenly opposition occupyed land by tresspass and forcible. Please advice your valuable suggessions.

since duspute was resolved by lok adalat and accepted by parties and no appeal is filed the order passed by lok adalat has become final

if now Opposite party has encraoched upon the said property you should
file criminal complaint for trepass .

My father filled decree suit for Lokadalat judjement in local area court in Tadepalligudem,WestGodavari,A.P as dated on 2010 july. before decree suit my father and me entered in land. opposed people beated me and I was injured through Medico Leagal case was filled but still the Civil decree case is not started the arguments... Opposed party is enjoying land .please advice directions for getting Property enjoyment rights through legal and revenue.

If a third party is has forcefully entered in your agricultural land, you have two ways to get restoration of your possession either by way of force or police and civil court both at the same time.

You shall have to dispossess such person by way of filing suit for possession demanding 10 times mesne profits such illegal encroachers are enjoying and demand police help to dispossess simultaneously.

Lokadalat decree can be executed through the court of law.

You can file criminal as well civil case against your opponent on the basis of lokadalat decree.

If the compromised decree is also for your possession in your favor ,the same can be executed.
Better visit a local lawyer for proper action.
