I need one real agreement draft to be made between Layout promotor and the Builder who is going to construct houses in the layout

Dear Mr. Ramesh,
The ready made documents may give a fair idea. But you have to sit and have talk with the counter party.
The discussion shall include what are all your duties, responsibilities, your expectations from the other parties regarding quality of construction, time limits for each activities, payment terms,etc.
For these things, u r the king.
So discuss and decide.
If you want some assistance from ur local Lawyer, but he shall have thorough knowledge in joint venture development.
If you are still not convinced, write again, we shall try to guide you for preparation of tailor made agreement
