advocate dispute

An advocate appeared for me in a case of land for me . In another case of the same land he appeared against me. He know all details about my land and myself .and he won the case against me.Can I ask the court to cancel all the proceedings of the case which is in first appeal stage.

This is act of professional misconduct on the part of the advocate. File complaint against him in the state bar council for cancellation of his enrollment and debar him to practice as an advocate.

THIS AMOUNTS TO PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF ADVOCATE. COMPLAIN AGAINST HIM IN STATE BC AND ALSO CANCEL HIS ENROLLMENT THEREBY DEBAR HIM FR0M PRACTICE

Querist, you have not outline the issue, why there is a dispute again over the same plot of land, which was adjudicated earlier by the competent Court against you.

First is dispute with sister for the same plot and other dispute is boundary dispute for the same plot with neighbour.in the former he is my advocate and in the latter he my opposite advocate.
