This query is : Resolved
My qy is accused very influence and approachable not only with police but also within court as accused doesn't want that he may face the trial. But remedy left for applicant as case pertains to crime against women.
This discussion addresses a situation where an accused person is perceived as highly influential, potentially impacting court proceedings. The advice given suggests that even in sensitive cases, natural justice can prevail if the accused's influence can be proven. It strongly recommends consulting a good lawyer to plan a robust legal strategy.

Natural justice wins but the only thing is you have to prove that he is accused.
