About decree of divorce

i have got decree of divorce from trail court ona base of cruelty from my wife on 5nov2012 ..now she has filed appeal in highcourt against trail court order.. court noticed me and i appear on 3may2013 court has fixed rs 6000maintance per month..plz tell me that is my decree of divorce will be cancelled by highcourt as she has filed appeal..in judgement of trail court court has clearly written that she has treated me with to much cruelty i have two children both are in my custody. she never filed any complaint or case against..court clearly says in order that shen has no love and affection towards children and me..plz tell me that will my decree remain or dismiss
