Dear Sir, I was a student in some university and university filled a criminal case on me and some other student with some section like 341, 332, 353, etc now that case has taken back (withdrawn) by state govt. In 2017. So does I will face any problem at the time of appointment of govt. Job or not at all. Edit - taken back means withdrawal. No order were given by court against me as the case was withdrawn by state govt. In 2017
If a criminal case filed against you by your university was withdrawn by the state government in 2017, and no court order was issued, you should not face problems securing a government job. The withdrawal means the case was effectively dropped, and no charges were formally levied against you. Therefore, it's presumed no case was registered, and this incident should not hinder your public employment prospects.

You are free from any misconduct as the case itself was.withdrwn.

Due to withdrawn the case by Govt and no any charge had been levelled against you ,it would be presumed that no any case has been registered against you.In getting job you have to face no any problem.

If the Government 's plea for withdrawal of the prosecution has been acceded by the Court, you stands absolved. And the said incident is longer an impediment for your public employment.
