Hi Expert,
I was working with one of company falls under shop & establishment act as AM Manager.I have recovery of notice period of 80 days,due to medical ground i could not serve & i found management unsupportive during health issue..i have requested management to waiver off but found not supportive on my case. My Recovery has been included on gross.In appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that notice will b recover from salary & other allowances..

inform the management that you are willing to serve the notice period now and not to deduct from your salary notice period pay

For sick leave approval the boss has asked you to submit medical reports (investigations) implying it is not approved.......for the want of reports......
Is it stated in published policy that sick or any leave during notice period shall result in proportionate increase in notice period.....?
You have informed by the same mode of communication i.e. SMS that you will serve the notice period........hence you can decline to accept FnF statement and submit to serve the notice period.......
After a short query and concise reply by Mr.Sethi you have posted a long narrative.
It shall be appropriate if you show all record to your lawyer and proceed further after personal discussion with your lawyer.
