Yesterday I gave my statement U/S 432; I asked did you want to submit any documents in your support, I said yes.
I was also asked did you want to bring defence witness, l said yes.
Now my query is that prosecution has taken 3 years to exam 12 Pw's, how time I will be given to bring DW's.

Depends on the court and length of trial, file a petition in High Court for an expedite order over the trial court for quick disposal of the case.

If U want to expediate the trial process submit an application in the court for early proceedings.

You should complete your witness as soon as possible, do not take it guaranteed that court would give you equal time as a right, granting of time depends on court and circumstances.

You cannot quote prosecution delay for delaying your side evidence, you may not be entertained, better be within the time allotted.
