I Filed 498a against my husband & in-laws.
I trap my husband phone calls & i Got enough proofs about his treatment to me & my Parents.
but, unfortunately they bailed within 3-4 hours if even sunday -in Holiday Court.
I am very disappointed with whole this procedure. please, guide me, So that I get proper justice, Or they will just fool around me.

Please state in which place you have instituted the case under section 498a. Please also state that in which method you are seeking justice? GAURI, YOU DESERVED TO BE DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH NEGATIVE ATTITUDE.
As I already published, 99% of cases of 498 in India proved false, and cannot punish anyone.
It only breaks houses and marriages.
I never never recommend TO FILE 498, nor filed a single case of 498 till date. I cannot break Homes.
Gauri, It Is your temporarily Anger, a WILD FIRE that can burn you and your family, your house only. Few advocate for their greed of money, to show off, they can jail your in laws, try this cheap process of Law, and push ladies of your type in their trap.
You never trapped your husband, you got trap yourself.
Still time, have positive attitude, try to love and help your husband and in laws, it will certainly reward you at later stage. You have to wait and watch.

Bail is a right unless proved guilty no person should be sent to Jail.
If your case has merits you can prove the charges and whenever the case is decided that will be decided on merits.
They cant be behind bars just due to filing of 498A by you. You will get justice if you are correct you will get the chance to prove your charges during trial.

Giving bail id the discretionary power of the court.
So if the court has given them bail within a few hours that is a very much vakid ground.
If the case is registered under some more graver sections other than section 498A IPC, then you can challenge the bail in the higher court.
Otherwise you have no option but to wait for trial to get your justice.

The bail itself indiates that the case was futile. Please consult some lawyer (either well experienced or uncruplous)

Good Afternoon.
Mr Advt V R Shroff.
Sir just wanted to inform you that i`ve been suffered alot from last 5yrs, so m i want i justice,even in our bed-lock i have a Daughter of 4yrs.she`s to suffering with me.they even not taking care of her properly not gvng food to eat to her as well to me.......their is lots of trouble we have face and even you are aware of that a female cannot remarry in our religious,so how can you say that its my negative attitude to leave him.its his decisions not my. i am who the person suffering with my daughter,how i can even think of divorcing him....its just i wanted him to be punished
and want him back in my life.... so i just want your opinion to get out of this problem, for better solution..And sir my age is 29yrs.....If what you suggest is 498 law is fake for women rights.............
Request you to pls look into this matter & revert me ASAP

It was expected, the bail would have been granted maybe in a day or a week at max.
If you have the proofs, go ahead and get them convicted.

Dear Gouri,
While I understand your agony and grief, I would like to suggest that it is wise for you to save your marriage from breaking down. You have to take into account not only your own future but also the future of an innocent child. For this purpose, first of all, you have to amend yourself by forgiving your hubby and throwing away your revenge mentality to punish him. Please note that no Court or Lawyer can give you back your husband/marriage which you wanted to save. Therefore, it is better to reconcile with your husband, even by seeking help of some elders in your family/society or religious leaders. It appears that some of the members of this Club have been victims of 498A moved by their wives and as such you can understand their own versions expressed out of their anguish.
