what is the punishment/penalty charged to me if I file perjury application against the person in family court and my perjury application will not be proved by family court?

Nothing from the Family Court, however the person against whom you levy charges of perjury may file civil/criminal cases for defamation against you.

Personal experience may be better for you to gain by filing a case. Why not try for that?

You may be suid for damages as harrasment is caused to oppsite party due to your illegal/wrong act.
