Sir

PW1 cross done even plaintiff wish to withdraw suit then its possible...

And even also possible to withdraw suit if evidence affidavit and documents filed by defendant.

1. I fully agree with experts, professional query is not responded by experts.
2. However, being "dominus litus" the plaintiff can withdraw at any point of time (Or. XXIII R1 CPC).
3. Make/develop it a habit to read the law before posting any professional query.
