Withdraw my name from agreement of a on construction flat

Sir, We(me and husband) are purchasing a flat jointly through SBI Home Loan. Agreement is final and submitted to SBI.
Registration is still pending as flat is not completed.
My question is: How can I withdraw my name such that my name will not come in registration certificate. What will be my responsibilities to complete this task?

You must have added your name as the loan would not have passed in your wife's name alone.

However, you can transfer your share to your wife anytime for registration as well as for enjoyment of the property, if the loan can be transferred to her name.

What did you mean by withdrawal of name?
Are you talking about termination of the agreement??

Or do you want the property to be only in your husband's name

your name cannot be withdrawn . loan w as sanctioned by SBI on basis of joint application made by husband and wife .

bank will give NOC only if loan is prepaid

Not possible because bank has assessed the repayment capacity and entitlement of the amount of loan by clubbing the income of both.
