Will alleged to be forged

A executed the Will in favour of B (son) and deprived C (son). Now after mutation has been sanctioned in favour of B, C filed a suit for declaration to be owner of property and to declare the mutation null and void. And alleged that Will is result of forged and fabricated one.
In this case who will lead the evidence first. please suggest with citations.

Always the burden of proof is lies on plaintiff.....so who seek the declaration that the will is forged has to lead evidence to prove the allegation
