Unregistered will is equally valid. Get it probated from court. The will as a whole is to be seen, unable to understand what is meant by which thing.

Indian SUccession Act,1925 provides for wills. Wills are not compulsorily registrable documents. If one wants to register they are free to do it. Unregistered will is valid and can be produced in the Court. For proving a will, evidence of attesting witnesses is necessary.
