If property divided between two member .
in case one is minor ( 5 years old ) then who will be singned on his behalf of on finalization of sale deed.

guardian of minor will sign on behalf of minor.

The property of minor cannot be sold without obtaining specific permission of the court so who so ever shall take permission, shall only sign the sale-deed on his behalf.
