What are bail options in 309 section ?

what are bail options in 309 section under the influence of alcohol by a well qualified person,b'cos police was not taken action on the complaint submitted by me.so in influence of liquor i sent sms to police commissioner that i am doing suicide b'cos you have not taken any action.

section 309 is bailable offence and grant the bail by court as accused right
