we have completed two civil projects in Visa steel kalinganagar in the year of 2012-2013 and they deducted WCT 5% from our Bill's. please guide me to claim that amount .

Refer the terms of agreement.
If the due date of payment as per agreement was more than 3 years and you did not claim from the company, it is time barred.

Contact tha authority for refund.Unless any recovery against you, it shold be refunded.No question of limitation whatsoever

Dear sir
Thank you all for Your sincere guidelines.Actually there is no recovery on our company as we got NOC from all the authorities like PF&ESI vat sales and timely return filed by a CA ..But whenever I enquired the reply was after auditing of papers having period before GST you can claim for that..
so more than 7 years completed ..nothing moved .still we are in hope that we will refunded our hard earned money .
