What is warison certificate? Warison is issued for a particular reason. In how much time warison is issued? What is the difference between warison and succession certificate
2. A Legal Heir Certificate ONLY declares that you are a Legal Heir of the Parent (living or dead). This has hardly any importance and can be revoked or alienated or disowned by the living Father /Mother.
3. A Succession Certificate is only a declaration in favour of the Applicant, again hardly having any legal importance as far as Estate of the deceased is concerned, unless & until accompanied by a Decree issued by the Testamentary Division of the relevant court.
