There is no such procedure to retain Ur maiden surname after marriage.Change of maiden surname is not mandatory.

You can use both / maiden surname.

It is a mistaken notion prevalent in some parts of the country that a woman is required change her maiden name after the marriage. There is no such legal requirement. It is a matter in your discretion.
