I GOT NOTICE WITHOUT LIABILITY AMOUNT AND CHEQUE DATE ALSO NOT MENTIONED IN NOTICE.ONLY CHEQUE AMOUNT MENTIONED IN NOTICE.SO IS IT VALID NOTICE?ONLY THEY USE WORD THERE IS LEGAL LIABILITY BUT NOT MENTIONED LIABILITY AMOUNT.

You cannot decide about the maintainability of the notice, you have to give reply to the notice based on the facts and circumstances, whether you deny or accept. Bring all those discrepancies to light before the court during trial.
