Dear Experts,

Can anyone apply for a MPSC / UPSC exam if the person had a court case? Which is disposed by the court?

Pending / or disposed cases is not a bar for applying. Untill and unless the court orders, prohibit your candidature specificaly.

but if this is a criminal case the you will not be appointed even if selected.

No court order is needed for refusing such appointment.
