Can a complainant file a case against two directors of a private limited company,when the signatory of the cheque is the managing director of the company and solely responsible for the same.

Why identity is needed. And when people are contesting in court disclosure of identity may make more harm than any benefit to experts or this site.
And details are sufficient , no second director can be made party other than who has signed the cheque.
There is very specific and clear case law by apex court recently.
