In my opinion, surrender/relinquishment deed would be best particularly,if property situated at UP.

draft a gift deed from a lawyer and registered the same in Sub-ragistrar office of your area, where the land is situated.

where is the property situated? is it a flat in cooperative society . ?

you can either have gift deed prepared or deed of relinquishment

Gift may prove a costly affair and since it is a jointly owned house property among 4
a relinquishment deed may serve the purpose.
