How can we transfer gifted property into sale deed

The property in the hands of "donee" is self- acquired and s/he is competent/ entitled to get it disposed.

Get the "Sale Deed" registered with concerned Sub-Registrar.

You can sell the property, which has been gifted to you through a registered gift deed, just as your own property and to any party by executing a Sale deed.
