Transfer of rented property

Dear Sirs,
I Live in a home which is about 65 yrs old (Pagdi system). My father expired 4 years before. I Ve 2 bros nad sister. They live in their own home. They are not at all interested in the house which i live. They are ready to sign it in my name.
Last week I received a notice from my landlord thru his advocate to get the house transferred in my name within 7 days. He also mentions that i leve illegally. As the house was in my father's name i am illegally staying. Actually i was staying with my father at the time of his death.
Can my landlord evict me . I was born in the same house and living since birth. I Have proof also for the same.
Please guide

1) in reply to legal notice you have to mention that you were born in the house and have been staying in said house with your father for last so many years
2) request the landlord to transfer rent recipt in your name and enclose letters from your brothers and sisters giving NOC for transfer in your name .

The words PAGRI system relates to Maharashtra , so if you are from that state simply reply though an expert advocate to transfer rent receipt in your name since your were living with your father at the time of this death and give some time.
It the landlord do not comply it it criminal offense and file a case for compliance in civil court.
The only problem will be from legal heirs if any of your father so settle among your selves first and than file case.
