In which State? state material facts. D-Patta lands means they were assigned lands to the weaker Sections/Ex-servicemen/freedom fighters etc. that lands cannot be transferred in exceptional cases and only on obtaining no objection certificate from District Collector/DRO/SDO/Tahsil. However local (state) amendment acts apply.
