You are accused or complainant.

If accused it will benefit you since far new trial all the sequence will be disturbed.

The trial is without jurisdiction and hence illegal AB INITIO.

Any party can move action. PP can request the court.,accused can apply or the court can ask the prosecution to withdraw the complaint and file at the place having proper jurisdiction.
