In civil suit for mandatory injunction the defendant has filed written statement, now pl. advice can i file rejoinder or replication to the written statement of defendant. which is the best rejoinder or replication.

In case, if defendant takes new plea/facts in his written statement than plaintiff has got right to reply the written statement by way of rejoinder or replica under order 8 rule 9 of cpc.
