Ok. If any number is there as you say how to get the case details?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 October 2015
Your friend can search online and try to find out case details.

Otherwise he can ask his Bank Branch at Ludhiana to find out the details through Bank lawyer at Ludhiana.

Your friend, as stated, is working in a PSU Bank. The best option for him is to get the information through the local branch there.

If it is connection with the His official action, he would be entitled to get travelling expenses.
siddhartha sinha (Querist) 08 October 2015
Ok. I asked. No reference number is mentioned. No where. Signed by civil judge junior division.
SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 08 October 2015
If it is a matter relating to the bank, then the local branch will certainly assist.Better ask him to contact and then revert back.
siddhartha sinha (Querist) 09 October 2015
The local branch of the place cannot help. Because the case lodged is by another bank. But it was found on website of court such a case is registered indeed.
K.S.Srinivas (Expert) 12 October 2015
Ask some one staying at Ludhiana to go to court and find out the details.
