Hi Respected Sir/Madam
My bhabi Filed 498A case on my Elder brother and my parents,and my father is ex-deffence personnel(retired from Army).
I would like to know in case we lose the case can court order to Stop my father pension.

Pension cannot be stopped, except on account of diciplinary action by the department, which seems not possible now. Court would also not be justified to issue any order to stop pension of your father.

No, this case has no connection with your father's pension.
Rest assured, your father's pension would not be stopped at all.

Mr. Sudhir,
Any department is concerned with good conduct of its employee only during his sevice period, not during his whole life even till his death after retirement.
So, if you have the knowledge of any specific rule of the defence department about stoppage of pension, barring as a matter of disciplinary action by the department, itself, you may like to share that here for the enhancement of my knowledge as well as of others.

This case has not at all having any connection to the pension.
No worry. She can not stop the pension through any legal process.
