(Querist) 29 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
My Brother purchased two flat in Mumbai. The builder had supplied two parking in the stilt, both the parking space are attached to each other. The problem is that if we park both the car we don't get enough space to get out of the car,its very inconvenient, the parking is also registered in the agreement of the flat,I've talk to the builder but he said he cannot do anything. Please advise me what to do,is there any law for the size of parking space supplied, what step should I take for the above.

you can file a case, for declaration of the said sq ft land.

you have to check bye-laws of concerned development authority, who was sanctioned the map. If parking space is against bye-laws, you can lodge complain before development authority.
