Sir. If i get stay on property d selling or transfer of property will stop?

What is your real problem? Everybody cannot get a stay to restrain the transactions of the property unless there are substantial grounds.

"If I get a stay ...." Have you obtained any stay or have you sought a stay in a civil proceedings or at least have you a cause of action requiring a civil case to be filed and seek a stay?
