Lower court gave stay on my sms business of providing market rates. in upper court I was asked to put application under 711 as case is not maintainable against me as per lawyer. what is 711? pls explain. from where i can get relief.

It will be petition under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC under which plaint of the suit can be rejected.

I do not know the case details and hence I can not make comment in merit of the case.

If at all any Application under O7 R11 has to be filed in the court in which the original suit has been filed. Not in the appellate Court.
