Sir,

Please inform about the stamp duty payable in case of indemnity Bond in delhi.

Please also inform the rate of stamp duty payable in case of deed of assignment relating to a property in new delhi

The same duty as a security
Bond (No. 57) for the same
amount

57SECURITY-BOND OR MORTGAGE DEED,
executed by way of security for the due
execution of an office, or to account for money
or other property received by virtue thereof, or
executed by a surety to secure the due
performance of a contact

a) When the amount secured does not exceed
Rs.1000
The same duty as a Bond No.15
for the amount of the loan
secured.
b) In other case One hundred rupees
