This is extremely urgent.

What would be the stamp duty payable on an addendum/ amendment to lease agreement in Delhi? Which provision of which Act covers it?

Which type of amendment i.e. the amendment in terms and conditions or in lease period? If the amendment is in terms and conditions, then the stamp duty is usually normal. Otherwise, you have to pay stamp duty as same on the original.
